USPE Softgel Pulverizer recoups valuable fill material from unsatisfactory softgels.
Sometimes your product does not fulfill your exacting requirements and must be rejected. To minimize waste, you can save and reuse the expensive fill material. Fill the hopper with unusable softgels and it will be cut up with stainless steel blades in the machine’s main body. The resulting mush will be strained through a rotating stainless steel drum to seperate the fill material from the softgel shell. You can later reuse your fill material and recycle the softgel shells.
Each pulverizer is made custom order. Product can process anywhere from 100L/hour to 1000L/hour.
